okay I consatantly get dizzy and have headaches and feel tired , my heat exhastion does not go away no matter how much water I drink . My dad says that the air conditioner uses too much electricity , and there will be a big bill . ( he does not know I have heat exhaustion) . I don’t want to use the air conditioner because I feel bad about using it to harm our environment . Is there anything elese I can do to keep my self cool ? ( I do use electric fans but they don’t help)
oh , also do I get heat exhaustion more easily becasue I am uderweight ? I have a bmi of 16.4 .
