Guess Watch vs. Fossil Watch?

Im thinking about getting one of the following watches. Which brand is better, how are the battery lifes for guess and fossil watches. Is there anything in particular I should look for when looking for a watch? Also I am planning on spending around $100, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think the Guess watch looks better, but im not a fan of fashion companies making (or rather branding) watches. I’d rather spend my money on something like a Bulova or Tissot. Still good value, but swiss made, by ACTUAL watch-making companies. They usually have better components, like sapphire crystal instead of plastic or glass, which is much harder to scratch. Even try Swatch, they are great value for money, and cool styles.

Quality wise, they’re about the same. Fashion companies get the components from established watch companies and just design the case and band.

Go with the one that fits your style best.
