		<description>Freon is actually a brand name. You're describing R-22. You will not be able to get a unit installed with it after 2010. R-22 will be manufactured until 2020, though, and even after that it can be recycled so there will be plenty available if you unit so happens to leak. While R-410A refrigerant (new style) is better for the ozone than R-22 (r-22contains chlorine, R-410a does not ) it is still not global warming friendly. My gut says it won't be long before something better comes along.  There are many reliable Air Conditioners models available. I personally sell Heil/Tempstar (same thing) and find they are of high quality.</description>
