If you can't get the light level at least down a little, try a plasma, but beware, plasma screens are highly reflective, and will cause issues with glare. Remember every movie theater you've been tyo? They make it darker before they play the movie. All of the light in the room will wash out your picture and make it look terrible. You would need at least 2500 lumens. 3000 would be optimal for your situation and 3500 would be the best. I don't believe they go higher than that currently without spending an arm and a leg. Unfortunately due to you having a great deal of windows and a lot of light in your viewing area you wouldn't get a decent view of what ever you are viewing. If you're going able to consider a 61in plasma then I'm sure buying a few good quality blinds to enjoy your projector won't be a dent in your pocket book.
