		<description>start with the speaker.

look at it does it look shit!

feel the rubber that holds main front to the frame does it feel really squidgy if so its been over worked. (when a sub is used this rubber heats up and gets softer, if its soft already befor use it means the sound quality will decrease a little when it gets hot/used)

the amp

look at it closly are there any dents/ chips if so it may have been dropped.

smell the vent holes does it smell burnt if so its getting overheated.

if you can open the panel look at the electrical board inside do any resistors look damaged or burnt. 
no its silly but is there a electrical board inside it- one of my mates boaught an amp off ebay photos of it were on ebay but when it arived it had no insides it was just the metal shell and the seller was lpong gone and deleted his account.</description>
