I need a cabinet and counter built by the 28th of sept.- can it be done?

Above and below the counter- SOLID WOOD!! preferably a rustic look, and a new counter that would compliment. maybe of a chopblock surface? shoot I dont know exact measurements- tape measure is in the truck. please give business card info and I will call in the morning with measure ments and details- thank you.
