I currently have only plastic cutting boards. The cuts in it from my knives are getting pretty deep, and I noticed it holding pieces of raw meat even after being scrubbed last night.(i dont have a dish washer)
Should i just replace the plastic cutting board with another plastic one or would i be better off buying a glass one?
Wood is bad for meat right?
Also, what is better on your knives? I’m investing in a nice set in a month or so… I dont want to ruin them on the wrong kind of cutting board.
Note: I’m really clumsy in the kitchen, I’m always in a hurry to get dinner on the table,
so if there is a cutting board I should not buy what would it be?
