I got a used Kenwood exelon 1600W Amp for free and was wondering what would be good subs to go with this.?

Well first you want a sub(s) that create a load that the amp works most efficiant without causing it to overheat. In this case it is stable to 1 ohm producing 1000 watts or 2 ohms @ 800 watts. I personally would go with the 2 ohm load. the difference between 800 and 1000 watts is really minimal (
