Dude; your talking about information organised into catergories and within a central mainframe —> this basically means you need to create a content management system or download a free one for your webserver ( i assume you have a server) i recommend nucleuscms.org however if you want another search ‘content management system’ in google and you can download and install loads of free ones into your server to use them to organise data effectively to achieve you goal this can be done following their tutorials in less that 6hours to have a working car-sales website

Depends on the programming language you’re using. ie. javascript,PHP etc.
