Looks like a variation of the pop ups that promise a prize for completing a survey. The problem is, the odds of winning are not worth the amount of time it takes to complete the surveys. These sites make money by referring you to web sites that pay for each visit. You have to click on an awful lot of websites for them to make enough to give away.
