Integrated appliances are designed to have a standard kitchen unit door applied to the front, and you can get integrated fridge freezers, but they must be built under. That means they go under the work surface like a washing machine. That means they are small so you will need two seperate units, both a fridge and a freezer. If you want a tall unit then it is more complicated and more difficult to get. Sometimes requiring special doors to be made because they will not be standard height.
